When can I expect my order to ship and arrive? 

We do our best to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving orders. Please note that this is the processing time to prepare your order prior to shipment. 

Canada Post is currently experiencing higher-than-average volumes. We cannot say for sure when your package will arrive. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches due to the high volume of orders received. 

    Is local pick up available? 

    Yes. We offer local pickup in St. Catharines, Ontario. You can select this option at checkout and more information will be provided to you.

    Do you ship internationally? 

    We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@paperscript.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    My order arrived and the contents are damaged. What do I do?

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@paperscript.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. It's important to us that you're happy so please ensure you reach out.
