COVID-19 Safety Procedures

All products are prepared in a clean and sanitary work environment. All products and orders are prepared by only Paperscript staff.

When can I expect my order to ship and arrive? 

We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received. 

We currently offer two shipping options. First, we can ship your package via regular letter mail if it is within the weight and size limits for shipping oversized mailers as determined by Canada Post. It is a low flat-rate, and does not include tracking. Please note that Paperscript is not liable for any delays or missing packages, and will not replace lost packages. The other shipping option includes tracking via Canada Post. Upon fulfillment of your order, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Is local pickup available? 

Yes. We offer local pickup in St.Catharines, Ontario. You can select this option at checkout and more information will be provided to you.

Do you ship internationally? 

We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time.

Do you have any current discount codes?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to love your products just as much as we love making them. Please contact us at hello@paperscript.ca with the details of your order if you are not completely satisfied. All inquiries about returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.

What is the best way to get in touch with you?

Do you do custom orders? 

Custom orders are not open at this time. If you are interested in custom work, please subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date with any changes.

Can you send a card directly to the recipient for me?

Yes! We would love to do this for you. Use the mail my message feature when purchasing any greeting card and add your personal sentiment. We will happily hand write your message, address the card and ensure it makes it safely into the mail.

Periodically, yes! We love working with brands that are like-minded and share similar values as we do. Please head to our collaboration application to provide us with some information and share your ideas. We can’t want to get to know you better.
